As a The Roan client you have one job. And that’s to enjoy yourself. We’re here to take the stress out of planning your event. We collaborate with you on your vision and help you choose the color palette and design components from our inventory, then we take care of the rest. We handle the set up, decorations breakdown and staffing.

A DIY experience is an event where the clients are sourcing, planning and managing all their own food, beverage, and decoration needs. DIY clients are required to provide event insurance if sourcing outside our preferred vendor list. You will be assigned a venue overseer, who will help facilitate check in and check out, answer any venue specific questions, and ensure policy & procedure compliance. All DIY events are required to have a Event Gallery staff member.
